Everybody wants to design a website that is pleasing to the eyes of the viewer, but in our efforts to make it beautiful, we tend to load lots of image which makes the site to load so slow.
Instead of incorporating images as your background, it is advisable to use colors instead, this would limit the needed resources in loading your pages. Use image only where it is needed, i.e. headers.
